The process started with a Webex meeting, which is slightly annoying for Linux users as Webex doesn't support Linux. During the meeting, I completed a very easy JavaScript coding challenge via repl.it. That lead to an on-site interview which was really the main interview. The on-site interview consisted of three 45 minute interviews each with a different pair of employees. The first 2 pairs were engineers and I got the feeling they didn't know what questions to ask me. I think if they had prepared some questions ahead of time the interview could have been more productive. The last pair were managers and seemed more focused. I was presented with a "big picture" architecture problem that they actually needed to solve and white-boarded a solution. Everyone I talked to seemed nice, and I ended up sitting in on one of their" lunch and learns"
