Brief (25 minute) phone 'chat' with MD outlining background of company and job Further 45 minute online (Zoom) interview with direct manager of department involved, including outline of company culture, but was still very vague as to job responsibilities/sectors. Interview was very informal (interviewer dressed casually even though I'd dressed smartly - tie etc), and I wasn't really asked to sell my self very much. I was offered a second interview but declined
