The interview process was what I expected. I had 2 face-to-face interviews and I wrote a paper of why I felt I was the best fit for the position. The process took about a month to complete because of background checks and scheduling for interviews. I thought the process went rather quick because sometimes it take a few weeks to get the background check back. I toured a different company's facility the other day and their hiring process is very intensive. It consist of 7 interviews and probably a background check and drug test. It probably takes a few months to be hired there.
