Extremely strong communication of the process and lots of opportunities to ask questions and get feedback. I felt prepared and supported by IM from our first conversation. After the interviews were over, I heard back quickly and was able to ask lots of questions about the offer as well.
Had my initial phone interview and think it went well; waiting to hear back from the hiring manager regarding an employee referral. So far, the process has been pretty simple and as expected.

Thorough and fair, good questions, listened for my answers and followed up appropriately. Seemed like a place where people felt good about the work that they did. People stay there a long time and there is good opportunity to move up.
