Online timed aptitude test. Very high difficulty, I did not meet required standard. Very disappointing as you only get one chance. The company do not get to see you in person. Irish Life previously did paper aptitude tests which were much easier to pass. I have a very high numeracy level and I found test too difficult to complete in the time given - needed more time.

Very relaxed vibe and friendly vibe. Asked standard competency questions and looked for very specific answers based on the experience from my cv. Also asked what appeals to you about the role and about irish life themselves. Dont be vague!
