J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Irdeto (Paris) en mars 2019
Entretien
Initial call was from HR after my application from LinkedIn was viewed. Multiple communications via mail for next processes. I went through 3 rounds, 1 hr and 2 technical. One was online with programming questions from leet code with 1hr timer (was decent). Second was with tech lead and developers at the Paris office. It went well also with discussions about work, projects and some technical questions. After being asked about salary expectations I really gave the no which was Researched from different websites and also the approximate range for the role in Paris which looks like they were unhappy. But didn't proceed even discussing even after I mentioned we can negotiate. After that total ghosting from the HR who ws earlier so sweet communicating multiple times. Didn't like this unprofessional attitude.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Irdeto (Hoofddorp) en juin 2023
Entretien
This was one of the best interview processes I have had so far. It started out with a quick call with a recruiter. This served as a quick screen and I was also able to already ask some questions. Not all of these questions were answered, but I got the answers from the recruiter a couple of days later. A meeting with management for culture fit was next. This meeting was mostly about motivation and what type of product they actually worked on. After that they asked me to do a codility assessment which, if you know how to code, you can't really mess up. A meeting with 3 engineers followed that to talk about this assessment briefly and to talk more about their tech and what tech I worked with before. I lost out to a different candidate with more experience in their specific stack but this process was very easy going.
