I found the position through CareerBuilder and went to the company website to see if it was also posted there. It wasn't, but an email address for HR was, so I emailed my resume and cover letter. I had a phone screen followed by two interviews, one with the HR director and one with the hiring manager. Each interview was about a week apart.
