Group interview not a real interview just a presentation of Ion and if you want to join the company. If you are a seasoned sales rep this position is for entry level and you will see on the group interview. A lot of young recent college graduates or still college students.

phone interview, really short and to the point. Went over how the commission works and what the expected job duties were, how the hours were really flexible and how well the average person in the same job does for income

It was a group interview that began with a game of ping pong and led with stories of currently employees. It was very cheerful and everyone was incredibly nice. There weren’t any questions really, it was more seeing if you wanted to join
