I was referred by an employee connection. The first interview was a phone screening, which went well. After a few days, I was called in for an in-person interview with everyone on the team. The in-person interview was rotation-based. I was interviewed by higher development associates in pairs followed by 1 on 1 interviews with the senior scientist and the HR Manager. They tried to be intimidating with how quick-paced the work would be, but that's with any company so I wouldn't mind any of that. Over the course of 2 weeks, I had to follow up a couple times after the interview only to find out that I wasn't selected due to my qualifications. The pay rate would have been in the range of $21 to $23 per hour.
