Easy process initial phone interview, then virtual interview. Upbeat conversation, and very understanding. Neither person was in a rush and very laid back. I believe I would have been offered the position however I could not make the commute.

Applied online. Got a response for a phone interview the first week. Second week in had phone interview. Took a week for response. 3 weeks in, set up an in person interview. 4 weeks in had in person interview. Took them a week and 2 days for a response from the in person interview. The HR is lacking in communication skills.
