The interview process consists of an assessment and 5 interviews. They move fairly quickly through the interviews with the whole process taking about a month for me personally. The questions are primarily behavioral questions. Although you may get a couple of "weird" ones there wasn't anything to trip you up per se. The recruiters were very communicative, and they gave you the theme of the interview (process, people, client relationship, etc) prior to each so you have a chance to tailor your studying. They also give you a number of resources to review more info about the company prior to your recruiter screen. Assessment: It's a quick (timed) 10-minute reasoning assessment. It asks questions like what comes next in the sequence or pattern, etc. I recommend doing the practice test that comes with it. I'm not sure how much weight the assessment holds. It somewhat feels like a weed-out step for people who just don't want to do it. Recruiter Screen: General screen to tell you more about the company. They look to see if you've managed large teams, and worked with stakeholders. Next, you'll interview with an Ops Manager, a Director of Ops, a VP of Ops, and, finally, the Head of Ops. I typically heard about the next round steps within 24 hours and received my final offer within four days after my last interview. Overall very smooth process.

      Questions d'entretien [1]

      Question 1

How do you balance external and internal stakeholder needs when they're conflicting? Tell me about a time you had to lead a technical integration. Who did you work with, and what did you do to make it smooth? (hardest question I got) Talk me through how you lead your team through ambiguity. How do you manage team members, and does that vary depending on the level they're at? Tell me about a time you had to create a new process or offering for a client, what steps did you take? What do you do if a client asks you for something you are unable to accommodate? * In general, you should focus on studying questions about internal and external stakeholders, client relationships, implementing processes, your management style, managing large/remote teams, and time management. You got this!

The job description varied from what was went over in the initial screening. A decent amount of information was omitted that felt like it could have easily been added. They were deal breakers which caused me to pull back from the remainder of the interview.

Interview guide given in advance. Made it through the 3rd Director Interview before finding out the position was closed. Disappointing to get through multiple interview rounds to be told they were switching priorities and the position I was interviewing for was closed.
