I received an email from a recruiter and then a follow up email to confirm. In the follow up email she advised me to fill out the application online. I did so. The day of the interview she asked me about my current job and challenges. I begin telling her. She hurriedly ended the call by saying she would forward to hiring manager. A few days later received a response that they would not be moving forward with my application. The following week, I received another email for an interview for the same position...That tells me y’all are just getting people in and not really caring.
