2 in person interviews, one phone screening interview. Met with the site manger and then the reginonal manager. Did a climb test with 2 of the crew w/o a climb assist. It was pretty easy to interview with down to earth questions about background and experience.

The Program: One online assessment w/ both technical and ‘no wrong answer’ personality questions, One phone interview/phone screen, Two video interviews. The Good: Everyone was very nice. The Bad:, The recruiter NO-CALL, NO-SHOWING to their own interview TWICE, Being asked to reschedule an interview w/ less than 24 hrs notice, Multiple instances of not receiving interview confirmation or log in details, Being asked what my desired pay was four times???, Having to reach out to be informed they went with another candidate (who could start sooner),The entire process stretching almost two months.
