Entretien
The recruitment process was through a recruiter. I was informed there would be a telephonic interview with the employer, however, they skipped that process and moved to the face to face interview within a week of my resume submission.
There were two rounds, round one was interview with three people from the company and the second round was a test (paper based). Both completed on same day. First round took around 50 minutes and the second for 1 hour 30 minutes. They were really friendly throughout the process. One of the interviewer was asian and I found his accent a bit to pick.

Polymorphism, PHP magic methods, reverse a string without string concatenation, swap two integers without using a temporary variable (they give you hints, if you need), why use private and protected key words
Test questions: write program to read from a file, store in an array, sort the array, what will be the output of the program (object of subclasses were used), write php unit test

Entretien
I have been asked to take online technical test, then called for an in person round. There also i solved technical on paper test. Then there was technical plus hr round; major questions about projects i have worked on, past experience, technology knowledge and the interview panel also explained about their processes etc
