Entretien
The hiring process was one of the most pleasant I have ever experienced. The recruiter for the position reached out via LinkedIn. After we connected, we had a phone interview and then an in-person interview with the manager for that position shortly after. Both the recruiter and the manager for that position were extremely professional, friendly, and on the same page. The recruiter had told me about the team's culture, their needs, their pros and cons, etc. before the in-person interview, and when I got there, the manager shared insight that matched the recruiter's descriptions. This was extremely refreshing as I have been in situations where the recruiter does not work at the company or know what they type of team they are seeking a match for. The only reason I did not take the position was because I was presented an extremely unique opportunity at my current job at the same time as these interviews. Otherwise, based on the interview process, I would have moved to Intuitive Surgical in a second.
