I got contacted by a recruiter and I shared my resume. After 1-2 weeks, One hiring manager showed interest so recruiter scheduled a technical phone interview. It was a short 30 minutes interview. First 10 minutes discussed about the team, my current work, my background and why I am looking for a new job. During rest of the interview there were simple technical questions about C and C++. I answered all of them correctly. I was told some one will get back to me soon. I haven't heard anything back from them yet even after I tried to follow up twice. I saw they posted the job on LinkedIn this morning so I assume they are not going forward with me.
