I applied for Senior Software Developer. I had two round of interview. First one was Skype with technical questions. Second round was Skype and i was asked to write some programs and fix some bugs

Contacted by recruiter and talked to hiring manager. He decided to do 1-1 debugging session with me when I had to find problem with solution that junior member of the team coded and explain how that should-ve benn done Manager liked my approach and asked that I will have extended interview 1. presentation of project that I most proud of - 1 hr. 2. 1-1 interviews with members of the panel - each asking the question that they want to ask. 3. Last one was with hiring manager. Received letter after that they decided to go with other candidate.

Entretien
I got contacted by a recruiter and I shared my resume. After 1-2 weeks, One hiring manager showed interest so recruiter scheduled a technical phone interview.
It was a short 30 minutes interview. First 10 minutes discussed about the team, my current work, my background and why I am looking for a new job.
During rest of the interview there were simple technical questions about C and C++. I answered all of them correctly. I was told some one will get back to me soon. I haven't heard anything back from them yet even after I tried to follow up twice.
I saw they posted the job on LinkedIn this morning so I assume they are not going forward with me.
