I had a brief 20 minute phone screening, very standard and easy for them to determine your interest and fit for the role. The next week I was invited for an onsite interview with the director, the week after another onsite interview with the team. These interviews were straight forward with questions relating to skills, role-related knowledge, and company fit. I felt very comfortable and respected by the staff. Interviews were scheduled promptly.
