I received the information about the job from some online sources and some friends that had already had the job. I found a Regional Manager's email address and I sent her a cold email. She replied saying that I had to send in some paperwork and information and I was hired on the spot.

The interview process does not apply to this company for independent contractors to my knowledge. Independent contractors need to provide several documents so that a background check can be conducted. One must have the ability to scan and to upload jpeg documents to the site.
