The process was smooth and well-structured until the final round with the Founder. Unfortunately, that experience was very very disappointing. The Founder appeared disengaged throughout the interview - seemingly distracted and completely low on energy (possibly due to time zone differences). He initiated the call but showed minimal interest from the first minute, often looking away from the screen while I was speaking.
This was particularly frustrating given the significant investment required to reach that stage: six interview rounds (each about an hour long), along with a detailed assignment that involved preparing an in-depth case study and a working, vibe-coded prototype.
Overall, the final interaction felt like a poor use of time after an otherwise rigorous process. Seems that assignment was used to fish new product lines for their business.
