There are 3 levels of interview with management. You can negotiate or discuss about salary during the final one. They are very transparent and will prompt you to ask more questions
Process was good , 2 rounds were there along with hr discussion, friendly discussion and conversation
I got referred through an employee good company and great ethics , process was smooth
