Via phone interview. Lab executive/HR called you and introduced the company background to you. Will get to know the job description and which department you will be joining. Depend on the working site you will be joining, the working hour is different. It could be office hour or on a rotating shift.

1830 sgd basic per month 60 sgd/day for 12 hour shift work.
Work 3 days rest 3 days.
The company is paying badly for the amount of hours and work done.
