It was a 2 interview process. The first interview was a phone call and then a teams interview with all of the relevant people. Manager and coworkers. Asked relevant industry questions. They look for people who are able to communicate their ideas.

What interests you about this industry? What specifically?
The interview itself was rather easy, they asked mostly behavioral questions and some technical questions. It was a short process to get through the rounds. They returned with an offer within 2 weeks, the recruiters are very communicative and pleasant.

Entretien
I was contacted by a recruiter to conduct a phone screen. The phone screen was casual and to the point, gathering information about my overall skills and interests.
I was then invited to an in-person interview where I met with the recruiter, the hiring manager, and a few others from the department. The interview was about an hour long, and sought details about my experience and skills.
I also took a personality assessment to determine cultural fit.
