2 round process. First round was very informal. Talked to the GM and more or less just had a friendly conversation. GM just wanted to get to know me better. Lasted an hour maybe. In the second round, I met with the HR Director and he gave me a tour of the whole facility, and after that we began our interview. This interview was more situational based.
