First interview by phone: Nice and open discussion. Second interview in the HQ, traveled 4 hours to come: The first manager arrived one hour late and the 2nd (his boss) 30minutes after. Not really professional. Despite this, the interview was good, we had a nice and open discussion, mostly on my background and on the company structure. After that we talked about salary and compensations.
