I had a one on one with the current Warehouse Coordinator and Manager to discuss my goals of running the warehouse. We discussed my experiences in dealing with the medical field and my goals to how it would pertain with my position within the company. We also talked about my experience of managing a warehouse and the differences of manufacturing to medical and the challenges of two very different warehouse styles.
