I cam ein and interviewed for about 1 hour. They showed me previous person's work and how they needed to bring someone in in-house to resolve the problem with the previosu person. then one month went by and I called them and they said I was still in the running. I found out that durign that tiem they had been interviewing tons of other people but came back to me. they were lookign for something - not sure what - and settled for me. They stuck me in the back by myself off in a corner. I am not sure why but the reason they gave me was strange. Hardly anyone spoke to me. Most peopel were not friendly. I always felt there was a wall up. I tried to break througha dn make friends but was kind of ignored - like at lunch etc. I tried to smile and be polite to everyone but when i woudl get ina conversation it was like they wou.d talk to each other and look at each other but look through me as though i was not there. I felt it was racism. Not all did this but most did.
