I applied online and received a phone call few days later.It was more like casual telephonic conversation where they asked me about my previous jobs,skills etc. After this I as asked to take online coding test on hackerrank.After completing the test I got an invitation for onsite interview and that was the last update I heard. The recruiter did not bother to reply to emails when I asked for update.If you don't want to hire someone don't waste their time by making them take phone interviews and coding challenges.
