Interview process was pretty comprehensive. First of all it was telephonic, followed by face to face interview and then assessment of clinical skills. At the end of it I also had to appear for a written MCQ test which I cleared with good grade. This was followed further my more one to one interaction with other senior management members of the team viz Medical director, etc.
