Long process but overall a positive one. A recruiter will initially call you and ask some screening questions and then set up a time to go interview with a manager. Once you've interviewed it can take one to two weeks to hear back. If you get the job they'll call you and present an offer, if you don't get it you'll get an email stating they've gone with someone else.
