It was a teams meeting with a few questions. They didn’t ask the regular “name a time when you had conflict with a coworker” type questions. It was very odd and they asked questions like “are you competitive” stated “you’ll be tethered to your desk for 8 hours a day”. Didn’t feel like they tried to get to know my skill set or professional background.
