I found this position on LinkedIn, and I submitted my application through their official website, and after a few days, I got an invitation for a Hirevue interview. There were 5-6 questions.

Virtual interviews with different members of the Intermountain Investment Team. Interviews ranged from conversations with an Analyst, Associate, and Partners. Further into the process I was asked to complete a case study.

What are some important areas of an investment memo?
Initial conversations with an operating partner followed by short conversations with the rest of the team. Final round was an interview with the managing partner and a case study. Focus on relevancy of background.
