Was referred to this by a recruiter who phone-screened me. First, I was interviewed by the Bioinformatics Manager via telephone. Then I was flown in and interviewed by another manager as well as a panel of peers. They used fill-in forms with ratings for my answers. Quite systematic. Something that irked me a bit was the somewhat callous and procedural way I was handled. There was no discussion of what travel arrangements would work best for me, it was just arranged for the closest airport and the dates I'd be available.
