Entretien
Applications are submitted online. More than half are rejected based on whether or not you answer the correct questions. Once selected there are usually 2 interviews followed by an official job offer via phone call and email. The work environment varies on the clinic. I worked in 2 clinics. The first was very positive. The physicians, MA, rad tech and receptionists all view each other as equals. As such patient care and service was at its best. At the 2nd clinic the MA viewed the receptionists as lower individuals and it created a very difficult environment.

I was told that I didn’t have experience even though my resume states I have at least three years of experience related to the job that I applied to. My guess is the recruiter ignored applications and hired a friend because she wouldn’t reach out to me personally or by email after I attempted to contact her multiple times. I was informed of my lack of experience by the main recruiting office and they apologized for her behavior.

Entretien
The process took about 5 weeks to hear back, but after I got an interview scheduled, everything else was really fast. I got offered the position right on the spot, got the offer letter same day, and started the onboarding process that evening.
The interview was with a supervisor and another PSR. The interview consisted of standard interview questions such as strengths/weaknesses, etc. They asked about availability and comfort level with different software. There were a few scheduling specific questions as well.
