I applied for this job about a month before I was called in, but once called, the hiring process for this job was extremely quick. The initial contact was very organized and supplied very detailed information about the interview, how to get there, etc. Within one day of my first interview, I was asked back for a second. Within another week I was offered the job. Both interviews were panel interviews; with the same core people in both meetings and then some other, different people in each interview. Questions were very organized and obviously thought through in advance, some typical, some not; however, nothing was too difficult for someone who has prepared well for interviews or had previous interview practice. I was asked some very basic technical questions which I found surprising for anyone with any experience whatsoever, but they were easy to answer, so that was nice. All of the people who talked to me were extremely friendly and very pleasant, and because of this it was easy to come across as upbeat and positive as a prospective employee. I wasn't actually sure I wanted to work for this company before interviewing with them, but both interviews quite changed my mind after seeing who I would be working with and learning more about the position.
