Quick, easy, kind. Had a two-step interview on the same day; one with HR and the next with 2 direct reports from the department. Although it went well, I did not receive an offer. Overall impression is this would have been a good company to work for.

Das Vorstellungsgespräch bei Interhome verlief nicht zufriedenstellend. Die Gesprächsatmosphäre war angespannt und die Kommunikation mit den Interviewern gestaltete sich schwierig. Insgesamt entsprach das Gespräch nicht meinen Erwartungen an einen professionellen Austausch.

Had two interviews. One in English, one in German and left the office with a very good impression.
My interviewers were nice and interested in my work history and explained to me what the job is going to hold for me.
