Applied on the website through an employee referral (super helpful with startups). Recruiter reached out and was super helpful and friendly throughout the process. Had a phone call with her and then two separate ones with higher ups. Then I was invited into the office for a final round. There were various interviews but nothing too intense. They are good about getting a feel for who you are and how you'll be able to contribute, so just be yourself.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 6 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Interfolio (Washington, DC) en févr. 2018

I had several rounds of interviews, starting with phone interviews with a few key members of the sales team and leadership team. At the time, a specific position wasn't yet open for me, so I had to wait a while to hear back. A couple of months later I had an in-person lunch meeting/interview with one of the sales leaders. A couple of weeks after that, I came into the office for a "final round" where I had a few different interviews. I received an offer within the next month.

Question 1
Is it better to be good and on time, or perfect and late?

I emailed in my resume to the contact given by my university's career service center, I was emailed to schedule a phone interview with the recruiter at the company, and then requested back for an in-office interview with who would be my immediate boss. While in the office I also briefly met members of chief management.
