With 2 analyst, more behavioral, and technical. Questions about what you like to do. Here, they should know who you are and why you want to join ICE. 4- In person, 4 round interview. 2 new members and other members of the team you met with. Know the industry, current trends, and practice the same questions you answered but understand the role and company and its mission. I was shocked not to get the offer, but perhaps I was catering to my skills rather than my willingness to join an exciting team. This same ad has been up for a year now so I am not sure what they are looking for but every team here will be different with needs and desires-- play to who you are and if you are a fit and show intelligence, you will get the offer.
