After applying the position, i received the call from HR next day. There was a phone interview but they will guide you with example for you to answer easily. Normally, you will pass the phone interview (unless you have difficult in comunication and listening skill). Subsequently, you will need to do online assessment (nearly 40 minutes to complete) If you pass the online assessment, you will have the final interview (face to face) with hiring manager. Whole process took me 2 days (from apply untill final.interview). However, the answer for whether you are shortlisted took me 3 days.
