Interviewed with six different people (not including HR and the Talent Acquisition team), which means I spoke with a total of ten people. The three on the team I would work with gave positive feedback and I then interviewed with other departments I would never been in contact with. Received a general automated rejection email. Contacted the main HR person to thank them and request feedback but never received a response. Was a two and half month process.

Got through the first screening with basic questions about my experience. Asked me about my experience in Snowflake. Didn't contact me to let me know if I moved on or not afterwards.

The process took about two months, with long wait times between interviews. The first and second rounds went smoothly, with reasonable questions and productive conversations. I was then invited for an on-site interview, but after the initial greeting, things quickly went downhill. The interviewer was extremely unprofessional, frequently using profanity and even insulting my hobby when I was asked, “What do you do outside of work?” I’m not sure what prompted this behavior or why it would be tolerated at this organization.

First round is a call with a technical team member. He asked, "How does your expertise in this area connect to the requirements of the job? Discussed about my resume and experience in greater detail.
