J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Intercontinental Exchange (Zagreb) en oct. 2016

      Entretien

The entire process started off awkwardly where I was contacted by a person from their HR department in London for the above mentioned position in their Dublin office. I was asked by this person to call her to discuss my application. After explaining my limitations in this regard this person asked again if I could call. Skype, Viber, Whatsapp, etc. were not an option. I have never experienced a potential employer asking a potential employee to call. I find this very unprofessional. The correspondence ended and I continued looking for other job opportunities. Two weeks later I was contacted by the same HR person asking if a video call could be set up between me and two people from the Dublin office, which of course I had nothing against and wondered why this could not have been done from the get go. After a one hour interview which was quite pleasent and laid back I was told their were another 2 or 3 potential candidates for the same position and that I would be informed regardless of the outcome. Two weeks after the interview I contacted the HR person in question (as I didn't have the contact details of the interviewers) to inquire about an update about the hiring process. I received no response. 6 weeks have passed since the interview and I still haven't received any information whatsoever. Obviously I did not get the job but I believe that, after an extensive video interview it is considered common decency to inform one about the outcome especially given the fact I was told by representatives of The ICE this would be the case. For such a large organization which prides itself with its accomplishments I suggest they improve on their "people skills".
