It was a long one, but the team was kind and helpful at every step. There was an HR representative present throughout the entire process. I had two calls with Engineering Managers from London and Dublin, which were mostly brief conversations about soft skills. (It was an exception, I guess, usually you're talking with one of them) I appreciated the people-oriented and company-focused approach during the process, but I had to decline it due to some personal reasons.
