I was asked to take an IQ and Personality Test ahead of time.
Once the HR received the results, I was invited to a 1:1 interview with HR.
After one week I had a phone interview with the Corporate Finance Director.
After another week, I had two other 1:1 interviews with Corporate Finance Managers.
