J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. J'ai passé un entretien chez Interactive Brokers (Mumbai) en août 2023

The first round was basic aptitude and coding test. They only took candidates who coded in Java for the next round. 2nd round was Predictive index Test, where the question was “What qualities should an employee have?” And were given 60 qualities, where you had to select at least 1 and atmost all 60. Based on that they said a graph would be created and they would select the ones whose graphs matched the company’s graph(The qualities they want). The next rounds were Coding rounds. I didn’t get past the Predictive index test but I heard that the first coding round was very easy and Second coding round was difficult.
