Interviewers were completely unprepared, they were trying to come up with questions on the spot. During the live coding part interviewer was not able to clearly communicate and gave sarcastic comments instead.

Entretien
The first step of the interview process was a quick call with the company's recruiter. This was followed by a technical round with two senior developers. After that, they asked to complete a take home assignment, which was time consuming and went into great details. There was no feedback on the code afterwards nor an explanation on their decision to not move forward.

An extremely odd process with no human interaction!
Initial contact was through a recruiter, and I received what would normally have been a 2nd round technical exercise in advance, and a scheduled time for a first interview.
Having completed the task with no context in a very narrow timeframe, I was told the morning of the interview that I wouldn’t be receiving a link to video call as they were unhappy with with what was submitted.
No opportunity to ever talk to anyone at the company, to understand how they work, what they are like, or to receive any feedback. Comes across as discourteous and disorganised.
