Be very careful applying to Interac for a job. Their HR team is trigger happy. Ensure there are no discrepancies in your application and resume. You will have to deal with their poor implementation on Workday. Their online application process may be inconsistent with their job description. Do not assume they will look at your actual resume, instead they seem to fixate on the entries you make in Workday. If you find you are not able to accurately represent yourself with their poor Workday forms, you may be walking into a trap. HR will not give you the benefit of the doubt and will make their own assumptions. It's best to highlight any issues between your actual candidacy and what they collect in Workday. Interac seems to think they are more important than say a primary bank. This will be their excuse. Just be very careful because HR will not give you a chance to account for discrepencies their own systems create. Also, if you find issues in their offer clauses they might, like they did with me, try and convince you to ignore them. I pushed back and after checking with their legal, I was right about the clauses being bogus and they were removed. It's really shame their HR team is so incompetent. So be careful with them and don't assume they are working with you. They are looking for a reason to reject you. So cover and clarify everyting proactively.

Typical interview process, was offered a first year 101 level "case", was shocked how simple the questions were.
Afterwards was offered less than my current salary so I negotiated, then got ghosted immediately. Nice.
Interestingly enough they're a relatively small company so make sure the vibe is right or you're stuck.

You get your initial HR screening, then if selected, you interview with the hiring manager and potentially a team member. If you pass the first stage, and depending on the role you may meet with the hiring managers boss.
