Great interview over 6+ months...and no communication between the stages at all. Very poor communication etiquette from recruiting team. Despite several attempts to get some status updates or feedback, never heard back from anyone about anything. Waste of time and energy. A simple hey we're having a freeze or will get back to you would have been sufficient. This is the kind of recruiting that turns good job seekers into nightmares. Don't be like interworks recruiting team. Respect your applicants and they will respect you.
