It was a long but enjoyable process. Even for a technical graduate role, we were given the chance to be interviewed from across all level, starting from managers, users, up to C-levels. Even though it is a technical role, the only process where our technical skills are tested was during the online test. The rest of the interviews were not as technical as I imagined before.
