J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Intellum en déc. 2024
Entretien
I would describe the recruitment process as fairly unprofessional. In the spirit of improvement, here is some objective feedback:
Recruiters don't know the company benefits very well, or what this position is responsible for, or possibly the organization structure. At one point, they said they "think Chip is the CEO". After my first or second interview, they asked for 6 references which is far above average, and something I think should only be provided once you are definitely being considered for an offer.
The interview process was fairly straight forward: hiring manager screen, interview with Engineering leads, and then an hour long review of a PRD with the hiring manager. The recruiter knew very little about what the assignment should be except that it would be a conversation about a product I've launched. After this meeting, things seemed positive with the hiring manager and we discussed meeting with the CEO. But, two days later I got a boilerplate rejection email (the kind you get when you don't make it past the resume screening).
I enjoyed meeting with the hiring manager and he seems like a great product leader. Same with the engineering leads. The recruitment process needs some help though. Much larger companies have had the capacity to provide me with feedback after interviewing for multiple rounds. I wish Intellum the best of luck.
