      Entretien

      I was first reached out through a recruiter on LinkedIn, who scheduled a time with me to chat about the role. After that, I spoke to a member of the team via phone and then moved onto two different video interviews after to talk about my experience and the company itself. The last step was a business case study that I had to put together to present to a full team of 5-6 people. I personally thought it went well, had a good conversation with the team, but then radio silence. I followed up a couple times and the recruiter said they were waiting on updates, but then radio silence. No formal rejection or call or email or anything, which I think is extremely unprofessional given the amount of time interviewees spend preparing. To be honest, this has left a sour taste in my mouth and I won't be applying to this company again anytime in the future. Not getting the job is one thing, it happens, especially during COVID, but clear and honest communication was lacking and might say something about this company's organization and management. Interviewees, beware.

      I just spent some time reading and absorbing your review. First – thank you very much for taking time to share your experience. I am disappointed that the outcome wasn’t positive in your eyes. Making sure that all candidates have a good experience is important to us and we failed in this case. As you can imagine we had a number of qualified candidates that we talked to and sometimes (especially now) making interview schedules sync up is difficult. It’s hard to choose just one qualified candidate from a number of great people and it sounds like, in your case, the decision took too long. I am deeply sorry that we weren’t more proactive with our communication – we pledge to do better in the future. Our best wishes for your continued success!
