The interview process for Intellect Design was initially planned as a three-round selection but was later extended to five rounds due to the high number of applicants. The first round consisted of critical thinking and aptitude questions, with most of the focus on game-based critical thinking problems and 10 aptitude questions, all to be completed within 60 minutes. The second round was an online coding challenge that included 10 MCQs on Java and SQL, followed by 5 coding problems—3 in Java and 2 in SQL. Clearing all test cases was mandatory to qualify for the next round. The third round was a group discussion, followed by a fourth group discussion round again where students from other colleges also participated. The final round was a combined technical and HR interview.
